Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi

His Excellency Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed Al Qasimi holds several senior leadership positions in the public and private sectors in the United Arab Emirates. He is the Chairman of the Sharjah Media Council, Vice Chairman of the Sharjah Oil Council, Chairman of the Sharjah National Oil Company, and a member of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Sharjah since 2006. He is also the Chairman of Basma Group, a private company that invests in several different economic sectors; the Chairman of Tilal Real Estate Company; and the Chairman of Medical and Hazardous Waste Company "Weqaya", in addition to other leadership and business.

Fahed is a serial entrepreneur, demonstrated by establishing over 10 emerging companies, digital platforms and solutions. The established companies span the spectrum of the Media, Advertising & Communications industry sectors. Fahed has more than twenty-five years of experience in the media, advertising, marketing and public relations industry sectors, in addition to a strong background in banking and financial management. Fahed holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from the American University in London and a Bachelor’s degree in Financial Management & Banking Science from the Applied Science University, Jordan.
